Daily rental rates are for 24 hours usage. Each hour or part thereof in excess of 24 hours, is charged at one fifth of the daily applicable rate. Rates are inclusive of full maintenance, replacement of vehicle, unlimited kilometres, road tax, insurance and Collision Damage Waiver (CDW). All rates quoted are in Ringgit Malaysia. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
INSURANCE
Rates include coverage of RM3 million for third party property damage and unlimited for third party bodily injuries and passenger liability protection.
VEHICLE DAMAGE / COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER (CDW)
The Hirer shall be responsible for all the damages caused to the vehicle regardless of fault, in the event of an accident or theft. However, the excess amount, which can be reduced, provided, the hirer has agreed to accept the CDW, as indicated, below:

CDW shall only be effective with the availability of a police report, lodged within 24 hours, from the time of the accident involved or theft, resulting in the damage or loss to the said vehicle. Failure to comply with the above requirement will void all liability protection for damages, and the hirer will be charged with the full cost of damages incurred to the vehicle. CDW covers accidental collision damage only, and any missing items or accessories, fire, flood, vandalism, chips, deep scratches or marks, minor dents, and windscreen, are not protected by the purchase of CDW, and the hirer will be responsible for all costs incurred to the vehicle.
DRIVER’S AGE & LICENSE REQUIREMENT
The hirer and any additional driver(s)must be of a minimum age of 23 years to 65 years, with a license, that is at least 2 years in force, recognized and valid within Malaysia.
PERSONAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE (PAI)
Personal Accident Insurance (PAI) provides coverage of RM 125,000.00 per vehicle (for 5 passengers for salon car) and RM 175,000.00 per vehicle (for 7 passengers for MPV), and medical expenses coverage of up to RM 1,000.00 for each passenger.
PETROL
All vehicles are rented out with full tank of petrol, or whatever the level provided, and must be returned with full tank of petrol or similar amount, to the rented vehicle. Otherwise the hirer will be charged for a refill, upon return, based on FCCR fuel chart.
COLLECTION & DELIVERY SERVICE
Delivery and collection service will be chargeable from a minimum of RM20.00 and above, per delivery/collection, depending on the distance and accessibility of the destination from the rental location.
EXTENSION OF RENTAL
Should the hirer wish to extend the rental or add on an additional driver, it is compulsory that the renting station be advised immediately, for the insurance coverage to be extended for an additional day. Failure to do so, may result that the hirer is driving the vehicle without any insurance coverage.
PARKING FEES & TRAFFIC FINES
All parking and traffic fine(s) incurred will be the responsibility of the hirer. FCCR, retains the right to charge against the hirer’s credit or charge card, pertaining to any parking or traffic fine(s) / summon(s) incurred during the rental duration, by the hirer, upon receiving any notification(s) from the government or local municipal authorities or agencies.
VEHICLE USAGE
The hired vehicles are strictly not permitted to be driven into Singapore, Thailand, Brunei and/or Indonesia.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
FCCR accept cash, debit card and major credit cards such as Visa and MasterCard for rental payment.
But we will still require credit card for security when renting a car. The credit card must be in the name of the main hirer. We will require to preauthorization on your credit card for excess liability amount upon pick up of vehicle.

OTHERS
Any foreign item(s) and/or goods, such as, durian, salted fish, vomit, etc, are strictly forbidden from been carried in the vehicle. Otherwise, the hirer will be liable for certain amount of charges required to eliminate the aroma.
Please be advised that smoking is strictly not allowed inside the vehicle.
